Discovery Kartika Plaza Hotel Bali, managed by Discovery Hotels & Resorts, is honored to have been awarded the Leading 5-star Resort in Kuta at the 2024 Bali Tourism Awards by the ITTA (Indonesian Travel & Tourism Awards) Foundation.
The Bali Tourism Awards is an annual event designed to recognize and appreciate excellence in the travel and tourism services across Bali. The awards cover various sectors, including hotels, resorts, villas, travel agents, airlines, theme parks, tourist villages, and restaurants. These awards support the development and promotion of Bali’s tourism industry and attractions.
The ITTA Foundation has hosted the Indonesian Travel & Tourism Awards for the past 14 years, establishing itself as the leading travel and tourism award in Indonesia. This year marks the 9th Bali Tourism Awards 2024, specifically focused on the Bali province, with the goal of honoring integrated tourism efforts and mutual support within the region.
The event was held at the Bali Sunset Road Convention Center on August 6th, 2024 and was attended by the Minister of of Tourism and Creative Economy, Mr. Sandiaga Salahuddin Uno, Chairman of the Bali Hotel and Restaurant Association (PHRI) Tjokorda Oka Artha Ardana Sukawati, Regent of Badung I Nyoman Giri Prasta, Bali figure Ni Luh Ary Pertami Djelantik and Chairman of the Indonesian Tourism Industry Association (GIPI) Bali Ida Bagus Agung Partha Adnyana.
