we love the kartika plaza hotel out of all the hotels we have stayed in bali over 10 visists the Kartika is the best for service and food..we have stayed there 4 times now and always will return to this hotel..The staff are the most helpful and friendly people that we have ever encountered on our travels..well done Kartika plaza keep up the great service
